Biography

Charlie was a former Irish international. He had been with Carlin Shamrock and the Edinburgh Hibs before he arrived at Tannadice towards the end of the 1910-11 season.

He marked his league debut with a memorable hat-trick and soon after secured his place in Tannadice folklore by scoring the goal that won the Dundee Hibs their first ever trophy in the form of the Forfarshire Cup.

These feats however were not enough to convince the Manager to retain him. He was transfer listed in May 1911 and appears to have been released in April 1912.
