Match Report
We couldn't stop Negri from scoring again, but more importantly, we inflicted Rangers first defeat in the league and at the same time posted a confidence boosting second successive win.
Uncharacteristically, Andy Goram was at fault with both goals, Robbie Winters dispossessing him to net the opener and the international keeper bringing down Steven Pressley enabling the defender to net the winner from the spot The winning margin could easily have been greater with three highly presentable chances going a begging in the closing stages as Rangers chased an elusive equaliser.
