Biography

Norman had been with Brechin City, Raith Rovers and Montrose before he joined United. He was in the line up through most of 1939-40 and played in the Emergency War Cup final of 1940. Throughout the years of WW2, Norman was kept on the retained list and was not released until May 1946.
