Biography

Dave was with Leeds United but most likely a reserve. He joined Dundee United during WW2 whilst stationed in the local vicinity, initially as a guest but he was released by his own club and signed for the Tannadice side in January 1942. He was an occasional starter for United over the remaining war years until he was released in May 1945.
