Biography
Albert 'Doug' Fyfe was based locally with the RAF and was not attached to any other club when he joined United. He was in the line up often over the next three months but then dropped out of the side but returned briefly January 1944. After the War, he went on to play for Forfar Celtic and Brechin City.
