Biography


Mathew played with Great Somas in Accra before he transferred to Division Two club Young Apostles at the age of 15. He did not make an appearance for the club, but spent time playing on loan at Asanta Kotoko and Legon Cities in the Ghanaian Premier League between 2019 and 2021. During this time, he was capped for the Ghana national U20 side.

In November 2021, Mathew signed a professional form with United, subject to international clearance and approval of his VISA application.
