Biography


Roy came to United on a season long loan from Sunderland. He had also been with Coventry City as a youth before moving to Cork City. A Republic of Ireland youth, Under-21 and 'B' international, Roy made a good start at Tannadice but lost his place following suspension in November and was recalled by Sunderland in January 2009.
